Members come from our Volunteer ranks. They are volunteers who have decided to take on the added responsibility of formal participation in the operation and direction of the community garden. As a member they have the added right to participate in and vote at our Annual General Meeting (in June each year) and at Special Meetings of the Membership. They have the right to seek standing as a Board Member. Your membership will automatically renew if you take part in volunteer activities of the SLCG in the previous year. There is no membership fee, but members must :

  • be residents of Lanark County

  • be active as a volunteer in the past year

  • agree to be bound by the by-laws and policies of SLCG (see the Corporate page)
